To Return Your Core:
How to claim your CORE CREDIT:
When you purchased your remanufactured part, you may have paid a deposit for the return of your old part and we would like to refund your deposit.
To recieve your credit please follow these directions throroughly!
ONLY REBUILDABLE CORES WILL BE ACCEPTED
- Save your box and packaging materials!
- All cores must be recieved by us within 90 days to recieve your full credit.
- Core must be complete and assembled. Cores must be in “as removed” condition. Previously disassembled, cleaned, or altered cores may not be accepted.
- The item must be COMPLETELY free of all fluids such as oil or fuel. Any leaking packages received by us will be refused immediately and returned to the sender, you may liable for damages to the carrier, freight charges, and you will lose your core deposit. You are responsible for proper shipping and complying with carrier requirements.
- Do not remove parts. The core must have all the same components as received from us, with all components installed.
- The items must not be severely damaged or destroyed. Events such as fire, rough handling, rust, or prior improper installation may make your core impossible to rebuild.
- Part number must the same as the item purchased by you, including accessory items.
Please do this:
- Fill out the CORE RETURN FORM and include it with your item. If the form is not included or is not complete, we can not issue any credit.
- Ideally, return the item in the same box and packaging. Place the product in a plastic bag and secure with zip tie or sealing tape.
When we receive your core:

- We will inspect your core to verify it is rebuildable. If it is not complete and economically rebuildable, you will receive no credit or partial credit.
- Credit will be issued using the same method as your purchase. For example, Credit Cards will be credited back to your account, PO customers will receive statement credits, etc.
- We strive to inspect cores and issues your credits in a timely manner. It can take take 5 business days for inspection to be completed, and credits are issued monthly. Once we issue the credit, it may take your bank time for your payment to be reflected on you account.
